Cancellation Policy

4. Custom Policy — Treatment Safety & Conduct Last updated: 23 July 2026 This policy covers matters specific to in-home massage that aren't addressed in the sections above. 4.1 Health disclosure You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent surgery, allergies or injuries before your treatment via the consultation form. Withholding relevant information may mean we're unable to treat you safely, and we reserve the right to decline or stop a treatment on this basis. 4.2 Consent and draping All treatments are conducted with your full consent throughout, and you may ask us to stop, adjust pressure, or change approach at any point. Draping is used at all times to protect your privacy and comfort; only the area being worked on is uncovered. 4.3 Illness policy If you're feeling unwell (cold, flu, fever, contagious illness) on the day of your appointment, please reschedule rather than attend the session — no cancellation fee will apply in this case. Equally, if your therapist is unwell, we will reschedule at no cost to you. 4.4 Right to refuse or end treatment We reserve the right to refuse or end a treatment at any time, without refund, if we reasonably believe there's a risk to health, safety, or professional boundaries — including any inappropriate behaviour or requests during a session. Any such conduct will end the session immediately. 4.5 Testimonials and photography We may ask your permission to use anonymised feedback or testimonials in our marketing. We will never use your name, photograph, or identifiable details without your specific, separate consent. 4.6 Complaints If something about your treatment or booking wasn't right, please contact us directly at care@insomatherapy.com — we'll always try to put things right before anything else.
