Cancellation Policy

1. Terms & Conditions Last updated: 23 July 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with InSoma ("we", "us", "our"), a mobile massage therapy practice operated by Erika Scesnaviciene, sole trader, serving Canada Water, Greenwich, Blackheath, Deptford, Bermondsey and the surrounding South East London area, with occasional visits to Fulham and South West London by request. 1.1 Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where we have reasonable safety, health or scheduling concerns. 1.2 Eligibility You must be 18 or over to book a treatment. Certain health conditions may mean a treatment isn't suitable, or requires medical clearance before we can proceed — this is covered in your pre-treatment consultation form, which must be completed honestly and in full before your first session. 1.3 Payment Payment is taken upfront during booking via our online payment processor. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking and may change for future bookings. 1.4 Home visit conduct Treatments take place in your home. For the safety and comfort of both parties: A suitable, private, warm space with enough room for a massage table is required. We reserve the right to end a session immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe the environment or a person present makes it unsafe or inappropriate to continue. Please ensure pets are secured during the session unless agreed otherwise in advance. 1.5 Liability We hold Professional, Public and Products Liability insurance, arranged through Balens Ltd and underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (policy reference ZUR-LON/26/07/34), covering claims up to £4,000,000. We are also a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), membership number II72424862. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us in advance, or for outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided in your consultation form. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). 1.6 Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
