3. Return Policy Last updated: 23 July 2026 As InSoma provides treatments and gift vouchers rather than physical goods, this policy covers cancellations and vouchers. 3.1 Cancelling or rescheduling a treatment Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment: no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment: the full treatment cost will be charged. Non-attendance without notice ("no-shows") will be charged in full. We will always try to offer a suitable alternative time where possible. 3.2 Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen voucher codes cannot be replaced or refunded — please keep your confirmation email safe. Vouchers can be redeemed against any treatment listed on our website at the time of redemption. 3.3 If we need to cancel If we need to cancel or reschedule a booking (illness, emergency, etc.), you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no extra cost.
